Johnson Development Associates

Custom web pages promote the portfolio of a growing firm

Johnson Development Associates (JDA) is a Spartanburg-based real estate development company that owns and operates commercial, multifamily, industrial and self-storage properties in South Carolina and across the United States. As the company extended its national footprint under new leadership, JDA recognized its need for a powerful and visually stunning website to showcase its expansive portfolio and its progressive vision. A-LINE was excited to partner with such an iconic firm to position it for even more growth.

Our Solution

+ Website Design & Development
+ Custom Programming
+ Brand Positioning & Development
+ Interactive Mapping
+ Mobile Responsive

To design a site that would truly showcase JDA’s capabilities and vision, A-LINE started with a brand positioning statement, dove deep in an overall web strategy, and created a custom solution to meet every objective. For the final site, we created 12 custom interior page designs, custom mapping features, and a property feed, as well as interactive mapping within those pages. The end result was a mobile-responsive, visually striking and engaging site that tells JDA’s story and showcases its impressive portfolio and range of services.

Johnson Development Associates is playing a key role in the incredible economic growth that Spartanburg is experiencing. From One Morgan Square to the beautiful East Main Redevelopments, JDA is developing, renovating and managing several properties in the heart of Spartanburg, spurring on the city’s Renaissance and giving us properties that we can be proud of. A-LINE was honored to team up with this Sparkle City firm to spotlight some of the grand new developments in our hometown and show them off to the rest of the country.

“We appreciated the team at A-LINE Interactive’s ability to listen and quickly adapt the design and programming of our site based on a wide variety of needs within each of our company’s growing divisions.”
